On 24-25, the Kvemo Kartli Chess Championship was held in Rustavi city with the organization of the Kvemo Kartli Chess Federation and the support of the Rustavi City Hall. A total of 80 children and teenagers from the Kvemo Kartli region in the age categories of 8-10-12 participated in the competition.
Tea House chess players participated in the competition with 5 people.
The results of the young chess players who successfully performed in the 12-year-old competition are as follows.
I place: Rafael Bayramov 6 points (Tea House)
II place: Ayhan Askerov 6 points (Tea House)
V place: Mahammad Shareyev 4.5 points (Kurds Chess Club)

Rafael Bayramov, who won 1st place in the competition, received a license for the Georgian Chess Championship.
Note: The winners of the Rustavi tournament were presented with medals and diplomas by Giorg Giorgadze, Vice President of the Georgian Chess Federation, who was a guest at the "Marneuli Open 2025" chess tournament held at the Tea House on April 26.
